Administrative Buildin KrishiVigyan Kendra, Chhatarpur has very well developed and well furnished Administrative building having Seminar hall, classrooms, Soil testing laboratory and Library room have audiovisual aids, Conference system Laptop & LCD projectors.     
Farmer's Hostel KrishiVigyanKendra,Chhatarpur has farmer's hostel, where farmers stay during trainings and it can accommodate 25 persons.
Land The Total land available At MaujagatSagar Farm is 20 ha. Under which instructional Farm, Technology Park is developed Small model nursery, High density plantation of mango , medow orchard of guava  and Automatic weather station etc.
Crop Cafeteria At KrishiVigyan Kendra, Chhatarpur the leading varieties of major crops of district are being Demonstrated and assessed. Small model nursery KVK Chhatarpur farm has 2 shed net houses. The main objective of these shed net houses is to produce planting material for farmers and to demonstrate high tech horticulture for farming community.
Automatic Weather System (AWS) By Automatic Weather system daily weather data like Rainfall, Maximum Temperature, Minimum Temperature, Humidity, Wind speed etc. are recorded. Data can be made available to farmers on demand at free of cost.
